Zagg Inc., a producer of electronics accessories for protecting and enhancing the mobile experience, including the invisibleSHIELD and Zaggaudio brands, began shipping their invisibleSHIELD design upon the release of Apple's iPad tablet computer.
The Company said the invisibleSHIELD is Zagg's military-grade, virtually invisible, and indestructible film that protects thousands of gadgets from bumps, scratches, and dings with a lifetime guarantee. The original invisibleSHIELD will provide fingerprint resistance and added grip to the iPad's smooth surfaces, and at the same time will not compromise the touch screen.
"The invisibleSHIELD is one of the very first accessories created for the iPad," said Derek Smith, VP of Sales for Zagg. "It is a perfect complement to Apple products, in part because they let our customers show off the amazing design of Apple's electronics. The invisibleSHIELD for the iPad has been available as a pre-order on Zagg.com, and will be on hand for some retail customers on the day of the launch.
