CompanionLink Announces PC Synchronization with Apple iPhone 4

CompanionLink(R) Software, Inc., a leading provider of sync solutions for Apple, announces two-way synchronization of PC contacts, calendar, tasks and notes with iPhone(R) 4. The iPhone 4 works with CompanionLink to sync data from contact managers like Microsoft(R) Outlook, IBM(R) Lotus Notes, ACT! by Sage, Palm(R) Desktop and Novell(R) GroupWise.

CompanionLink offers four ways to sync between PC and iPhone 4:

1. Local Wi-Fi sync

2. Wireless sync through Google

3. CL Wireless Sync using the phone's data connection

4. USB sync using Outlook and iTunes

Two-way sync is fully supported with the native contacts and calendar apps on iPhone 4, allowing people to create and edit data from their iPhone 4 and sync back to their PC. Advanced contact management functionality for iPhone 4 is available with an app called DejaOffice(TM). DejaOffice includes a business suite of contacts, calendar, tasks and notes for iPhone 4.

"The iPhone 4 is a major step forward for mobile productivity and business," says Rushang Shah, Marketing Director for CompanionLink Software. "Using CompanionLink and the DejaOffice app, iPhone 4 owners can extend the productivity benefits of their PC on to their devices."
